Abstract / Description

Die PSYRATS, ein strukturiertes Interview und Adaptation des englischsprachigen Original von Haddock et al. (1999), dient der dimensionalen Erfassung auditiver Halluzinationen und wahnhafter Überzeugungen anhand zwei unabhängiger Subskalen, PSYRATS-AH (Auditive Halluzinationen) und PSYRATS-DS (Wahn), die insgesamt 17 Items umfassen. Reliabilität: Die interne Konsistenz beider Subskalen liegen jeweils bei Cronbachs α = .94. Validität: Die Konstruktvalidität zeigt sich in signifikanten Zusammenhängen mit PANSS und PANADSS; Externe Validität in hohen Zusammenhängen der PSYRATS-AH mit PANSS und PANADSS sowie in der sehr hohen Korrelation der PSYRATS-DS mit dem PANSS-Itemscore zu Wahn (P1; r = .88) sowie Sensitivität für Veränderung in hohen Korrelationen der Veränderungswerte mit entsprechenden PANSS-/PANADSS-Veränderungen (r = .83-.85).
The PSYRATS, a structured interview adapted from the original English version by Haddock et al. (1999), is used to assess auditory hallucinations and delusional beliefs using two independent subscales, PSYRATS-AH (Auditory Hallucinations) and PSYRATS-DS (Delusions), which comprise a total of 17 items. Reliability: The internal consistency of both subscales is Cronbach’s α = .94. Validity: Construct validity is demonstrated by significant correlations with the PANSS and PANADSS; External validity is demonstrated by high correlations between the PSYRATS-AH and PANSS and PANADSS, as well as by the very high correlation between the PSYRATS-DS and the PANSS item score for delusions (P1; r = .88), and sensitivity to change is demonstrated by high correlations between change scores and corresponding PANSS/PANADSS changes (r = .83–.85).
