Abstract / Description

Das aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche übersetzte Reaction to Diagnosis Interview (RDI) ist ein halbstrukturiertes Interview, welches zur Erfassung der Behinderungs- oder Krankheitsverarbeitung von Eltern mit chronisch erkranktem oder geistig/körperlich behindertem Kind dient. Es basiert auf dem Adult Attachment Interview nach George, Kaplan und Main (1985). Das auf Video aufgezeichnete Interview umfasst fünf Fragen, die bei Bedarf wiederholt werden können. Zur Auswertung dient das RDI-Handbuch. Reliabilität: Keine Angaben. Die Interraterreliabilität liegt bei 91.9 % (Cohens Kappa = 0.83 bei p < 0.01), die der Einschätzung des Subtyps bei 75.7 % (Cohens Kappa = 0.71 bei p < 0.01). Validität: Keine Angaben.
The Reaction to Diagnosis Interview (RDI), translated from English into German, is a semi-structured interview that is used to measure how parents with a chronically ill or mentally/physically disabled child cope with disability or illness.
