Abstract / Description
This document serves as the permanent historical transparency record of the TPA/TBF framework's development after the initial March 2026 submission. It catalogs all 31 post-submission refinements including the global ACA → ECA rename, AWE reformulation, iSPAA Default Hypothesis, proportional suppression, domain independence clarification, and Configurational Epistemology. New Discovery Chronology entries document the mid-1990s phenomenological crystallization of the three-domain observation (#122) and the April 2026 multi-AI coherence analysis including responses to Hume's Guillotine, the Heroism Objection, and the Cultural Plasticity Objection (#123). Thirteen unique predictions are now documented. All refinements have been incorporated into Papers 1–6. Epistemic status: 8/10 coherence, 3/10 empirical validation.
