Modalitäten der Relationalität – Affiliation, Reaktanz, Übertragung, Beziehung, Bindung – in einer „klinischen Sozialpsychologie“ für die Integrative Supervision und Therapie

Der Beitrag stellt sozialpsychologische Konzepte zum Thema „Relationalität“ dar und ihre Bedeutung für Psychotherapie und Supervision vor dem Hintergund eines Modelles „klinischer Sozialpsychologie“. Insbesondere werden die Konzepte „Interaktion und Kommunikation“ sowie „Affiliation und Reaktanz“ vorgestellt als psychosoziale Prozesse der Regulationskompetenz und -performanz und mit den Beziehungsmodalitäten des Integrativen Ansatzes (Konfluenz, Kontakt, Begegnung, Beziehung, Bindung …) in Bezug gesetzt, sowie mit den psychodynamischen klinischen Modalitäten Übertragung, Gegenübertragung, Widerstand. Es wird verdeutlicht, dass diese psychoanalytischen Modalitäten, obwohl durchaus nützlich und wichtig, im klinischen Feld eine problematische Dominanz haben, die den Blick auf andere Phänomene der Relationalität verstellt und den Nutzen dieser Konzepte durch diese dominierende Position beschädigt. Die Ausbildung von „kollegialer Affiliation“, „reflektierter Reaktanz“ und „proaktiver Kompetenz und -perfomanz“ werden als zentrale Ziele supervisorischen Handelns dargestellt.

The article presents social psychological concepts of “relationality” and their relevance for psychotherapy and supervision on the ground of a model of “clinical social psychology”. Particularly the notions “interaction and communication” as well as “affiliation and reactance” are presented as psychosocial processes of regulation competence and performance. They are connected with the relational modalities of the integrative approach (confluence, contact, encounter, relationship, bond …) and with the psychodynamic clinical modalities transference, countertransference, resistance. It is emphasized that these psychoanalytic modalities, though important, do have a problematic predominance in the clinical field, which is distracting from the other phenomena of relationality and is damaging the usefulness of these concepts by it’s overwhelming position. The fostering of “colleagual affiliation”, “reflexive reactance” and “proactive competence and performance” are expounded as core goals of supervisory activity.
