Integrative Supervision in Ausbildung und Praxis – eine empirische Evaluationsstudie im Mehrebenenmodell.Vorgestellt wird eine umfassenden Evaluationsstudie zur Qualitätsentwicklung im EAG Qualitätssicherungssystem zur Wirksamkeit der Integrativen Supervision in Ausbildung und Praxis. In dieser Studie werden erstmals parallel zu den Supervisoren auf 3 weiteren Ebenen auch das Supervisandensystem, das Klientensystem und das Auftraggebersystem befragt. Neben einem quantitativen Erhebungsdesign (standardisierter Fragebogen) kommt auch ein qualitatives Instrument (halbstandardisierte Interviews) bei dieser Untersuchung zum Einsatz.

This is a presentation of a comprehensive evaluation study on the quality development in the EAG-Quality-Safeguarding system for the effectiveness of the Integrative Supervision in education and praxis. Here for the first time the level of the supervisors is parallelled by the one of the supervised, that of the clients, and that of the ordering body. In this investigation a qualitative instrument (half-standardized interviews) has been applied apart from the quantitative survey pattern (standardized questionnaire).
