Ethnokulturelle Übertragung und Gegenübertragung in der psychodynamischen Psychotherapie in den Niederlanden

In den letzten Jahren sind immer mehr nicht-westliche Migranten der zweiten Generation in psychoanalytischer Psychotherapie, bisher vor allem bei Therapeuten mit einem traditionellen niederländischen Hintergrund. Alle «normalen» psychischen Probleme und Ingredienzien der Behandlung können dadurch einen etwas anderen Inhalt annehmen und eine andere Bedeutung bekommen. In diesem Artikel liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der ethnokulturellen Übertragung und Gegenübertragung in der therapeutischen Beziehung. Transfert ethnoculturel et contre-transfert dans la psychothérapie psychodynamique aux Pays-Bas Ces dernières années, il y a de plus en plus de migrants non occidentaux de la deuxième génération en psychothérapie psychanalytique, jusqu’à présent surtout auprès de thérapeutes avec un contexte traditionnel hollandais. Tous les problèmes psychiques «normaux» et ingrédients du traitement peuvent par conséquent accepter un contenu quelque peu différent et recevoir une autre portée. Dans cet article, la priorité repose sur le transfert et contre-transfert ethnico-culturel dans la relation thérapeutique.

In recent years, members of non-Western ethnic minorities in the Netherlands have increasingly received psychodynamic psychotherapy, up to now usually from native Dutch therapists. All the ordinary mental problems and common components of psychodynamic therapy can then acquire somewhat different contents and significance. This article is on ethnocultural transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship between second-generation post-migration patients with a non-Western background and native Dutch therapists.

Negli ultimi nell’ambito della psicoterapia psicoanalitica vi sono sempre più migranti non occidentali di seconda generazione, finora soprattutto presso terapeuti con un background olandese tradizionale. Tutti i «normali» problemi psichici ed elementi del trattamento possono perciò prendere un contenuto un po’ diverso e acquisire un altro significato. Nel presente articolo il focus è sul transfert e controtransfert culturale nella relazione terapeutica.
