Das EAP-Projekt zur Etablierung der professionellen Kompetenzen einer/eines europäischen PsychotherapeutIn

In diesem Artikel der Arbeitsgruppe dieses EAP Projektes, wird der Hintergrund, die Begründung und der Prozess der Entwicklung dieses seit drei bis vier Jahren dauernden EAP Projektes zur professionelle Kompetenzbeschreibung einer/eines europäischen PsychotherapeutIn zusammenfassend beschrieben. Wir schildern zusätzlich den letzten Abschnitt des (ungefähr 10-jährigen) Projektes. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Notwendigkeit für, und die Entwicklung von einem Set professioneller Kompetenzen, welche für die Ausübung eines unabhängigen Berufes der Psychotherapie in Europa, gebraucht werden. Das Konzept der freien Bewegung von Berufsleuten in der EU, der Unterschied sowie die Überschneidungen zwischen den Aufgaben einer/eines PsychotherapeutIn und der beruflichen Arbeit von klinischen PsychologInnen und PsychiaterInnen und BeraterInnen, werden besprochen.Schlüsselwörter: Psychotherapie, Berufliche Kompetenzen, Grundkompetenzen, Funktionale Kompetenzen, Professionelle Ausbildungsstandards.

In this article, we, the Working Group for the EAP Project, summarise the background to, the rationale of, and the process and development of the EAP’s Project to Establish the Professional Competencies of a European Psychotherapist over the last three to four years and we also outline the rest of the (about 10-year) project.This article describes the need for, and the development of, a set of professional competencies that are needed for an independent profession of psychotherapy in Europe, for the concept of the free movement of professionals across European countries and to differentiate between the work of a psychotherapist and the overlapping professional work of clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and counsellors. Dans cet article, le groupe de travail pour le Projet EAP fait la synthèse de la motivation initiale, le rational, le processus et le développement du Projet EAP pour établir les compétences professionnelles du psychothérapeute européen sur les dernières trois ou quatre années, et nous exposons aussi la suite du projet, prévu sur environ dix ans.Cet article décrit le besoin et le développement d’une énumération de compétences professionnelles qui sont nécessaires pour une profession indépendante de psychothérapie en Europe, pour le concept de la libre circulation de professionnels entre pays européens, et pour distinguer entre le travail d’un psychothérapeute et le travail professionnel complémentaire des psychologues cliniciens, des psychiatres et des conseillers.Mots clés : Psychothérapie, compétences professionnelles, compétences centrales, compétences fonctionnelles, standards de la formation professionnelle

In questo articolo, il gruppo di lavoro del Progetto EAP riassume il contesto, la motivazione nonché il processo e lo sviluppo del Progetto EAP volto a definire le competenze professionali dello psicoterapeuta europeo nel corso degli ultimi tre-quattro anni e descrive a grandi linee il resto del progetto (della durata di circa 10 anni).L’articolo descrive il bisogno e lo sviluppo di una serie di competenze professionali necessarie per l’esercizio indipendente della professione di psicoterapeuta in Europa, per la libera circolazione dei professionisti tra i Paesi Europei nonché per distinguere il lavoro dello psicoterapeuta da quello dello psicologo clinico, dello psichiatra e del counsellor, che in parte si sovrappone a esso.Parole chiave: psicoterapia, competenze professionali, competenze di base, competenze funzionali, standard di formazione professionale.
