Abstract / Description

В настоящата разработка се проследява въздействието на локализацията на контрола върху потребителското поведение. Теоретично предположената връзка е потвърдена чрез анализ на емпирични данни от изследване на 287 студенти с тестови методики, предназначени за оценяване на способността за защитаване личните и потребителски права и типа на локус-контрола.
This paper examines the influence of locus of control on the consumer behavior. Theoretical supposition is proven by analyzing empirical data from a study of 287 students. The methods assessed the capacity for defending personal and consumer rights, as well as the type of locus of control.
