Abstract / Description
Feedback markers play an important role in dialogue success; yet, the determinants of feedback marker production in dialogue have seldom been investigated. Why do some people appear to produce more feedback markers than others? In the current study, we specifically examine the influence of two factors on feedback marker production: perspective-taking abilities and acquaintance prior to the interaction.
