Abstract / Description
Burnout is common among students and can negatively influence their motivation, performance, and wellbeing. However, all previous studies have sought to intervene after students have already developed burnout. The present study, therefore, seeks to provide the first means for the primary prevention of student burnout. To do so, we aim to recruit multiple samples to develop and test a model and measure of burnout literacy (i.e., knowledge and beliefs about burnout).
