Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung von Supervision und „supervisorischer Weiterbildung“ in 50 Jahren „professioneller Feldentwicklung“ der „Integrativen Supervision“ 1972 – 2022

Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem für das gesamte supervisorische Feld zentralen Thema der „Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsentwicklung“. Es wird exemplarisch am Beispiel des „Rezertifizierungsprozesses“ der professionellen Weiterbildung in „Integrativer Supervision“ im Jahr 2023 durch den zuständigen Fachverband DGSv dargestellt: zuerst in einer theoretischen Diskussion über die Erfordernisse von Qualitätssicherung in der Supervision überhaupt. Unsere Position: Ohne empirische Untersuchungen und Daten, ein no go. Nicht anders steht es: ohne systematische Theoriearbeit und Explikation der zentralen Konzepte zu Lernen, Epistemologie, Praxeologie, Interventionspraxis und -ethik geht nichts. Diese Konzepte werden anhand eines Fragenkatalogs der DGSv systematisch und detailliert in dieser Arbeit dargestellt, so dass damit das Gesamtsystem der Integrativen Supervision vorgestellt und sichtbar wird. Zugleich erfolgt mit der Arbeit eine kritische und transparente Sicht auf das verbandliche Zertifizierungssystem der DGSv, seine Stärken und Probleme. Die Arbeit sieht sich als kritisch-konstruktiver Beitrag der AutorInnen als Verbandsmitglieder zur Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungs- und Zertifizierungssystem unseres Verbandes, der DGSv. (Die Rezertifizierung erfolgte nach Anschluss des Prüfungsprozesses am 14.12.2003).

The article deals with a central topic for the entire supervisory field: „quality assurance and quality development“. It is exemplified by the example of the „recertification process“ of the professional training programme in „integrative supervision“ in the year 2023 by the responsible professional association DGSv: first in a theoretical discussion about the requirements of quality assurance in supervision in general. Our position: Without empirical research studies and data, a no-go, and the same is valid in respect of systematic theoretical work and the explication of the central concepts of learning, epistemology, praxeology, intervention practice and ethics. These concepts are presented systematically and in detail in this text on the basis of a list of DGSv questions, so that the overall system of integrative supervision becomes visible. At the same time, this text provides a critical and transparent view of the DGSv’s certification system, its strengths and problems. This chapter sees itself as a critical and constructive contribution of the authors as members of the association to the further development of the quality assurance and certification system of our association, the DGSv. (The recertification took place after the examination procedure was completed on 14.12.2003).
