Abstract / Description

Die systematische Untersuchung des Psychotherapieprozesses sowie des unmittelbaren Therapieergebnisses dient der Identifikation wirksamer, ineffektiver oder potenziell schädlicher psychotherapeutischer Interventionen. Mit der deutschen Übersetzung des SEQ liegt ein international anerkannter und ökonomisch einsetzbarer Fragebogen vor, welcher von Patienten, Therapeuten oder externen Beobachtern bearbeitet werden kann. Er setzt sich aus 21 bipolar angeordneten Items zusammen, wobei jeweils fünf dieser Items einen der folgenden Faktoren repräsentieren: (1) Tiefe und (2) Fluss zur Beurteilung des Therapieverlaufs sowie (3) Positivität und (4) Aufregung zur Beurteilung des unmittelbaren Therapieergebnisses. Reliabilität: Es liegen keine Angaben zur Reliabilität vor. Validität: Untersuchungen zur Konstruktvalidität zeigen erwartungskonforme Zusammenhänge mit der therapeutischen Allianz.
The systematic examination of the psychotherapy process as well as the immediate therapeutic outcome serves to identify effective, ineffective or potentially harmful psychotherapeutic interventions. With the German translation of the SEQ, an internationally recognized and economically applicable questionnaire is available, which can be processed by patients, therapists or external observers. It consists of 21 bipolar items, five of which represent one of the following factors: (1) depth and (2) flow to assess the course of therapy as well as (3) positivity and (4) excitement to assess the immediate outcome of therapy. Reliability: No information on reliability is available. Validity: Studies on construct validity show expectation-conform connections with the therapeutic alliance.
