This article aims to review the recent publication "Embodied Online Therapy," released by 
Nova Science Publishers in 2024. The book presents a groundbreaking exploration into 
adapting embodied psychotherapy principles for the online environment, responding to the 
rapid evolution of digital platforms in the mental health field. As psychotherapy ventures into 
the digital age, the need for accessible, effective online mental health solutions has never been

therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR),
