Panorama-Techniken in der Psychotherapie

Mit dem Beitrag möchte die Autorin verdeutlichen, dass Panorama-Techniken primär nicht als Interventionsformen in der Psychotherapie entstanden sind, sondern dass sie Erlebnisformen sind, die Menschen in bestimmten Lebenslagen spontan, also „ganz von selbst“ zur Verfügung stehen und ihnen helfen, sich in ihrer gegebenen Situation zu orientieren. Wie eine solche der Natur selbst entspringende Zusammenschau therapeutisch fruchtbringend genützt und vertieft werden kann, ist ein Gedankenstrang dieses Beitrags. Schließlich werden die Konstruktionselemente und Vorgehensweisen bei der Induktion eines Panoramas in den allgemeinen Grundzügen beschrieben, um sie für die passende Entwicklung im konkreten Einzelfall zur Verfügung zu haben. Einige Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und Variationen werden kurz beschrieben.

With this contribution the author would like to clarify that panorama techniques did not primarily emerge as forms of intervention in psychotherapy, but that they are forms of experience which are spontaneously available to people in certain life situations, i.e. "all by themselves", and which help them to orient themselves in their given situation. How such a synopsis originating from nature itself can be used and deepened in a therapeutically fruitful way is one strand of thought of this contribution. Finally, the constructional elements and procedures for the induction of a panorama are described in their general outlines in order to have them available for the appropriate development in the concrete individual case. Some possible applications and variations are briefly described.
