Abstract / Description

Der Fragebogen "Berufswahl" ist eine Übersetzung des Career Exploration Survey von Stumpf, Colarelli und Hartmann (1983). Das Ziel des Fragebogens ist es, Informationen über die Faktoren und Vorgänge zu erheben, welche die Berufswahl beeinflussen. Auf diese Weise soll erfasst werden, auf welchen Überlegungen und Handlungen die Berufswahl und auch die spätere Berufssuche fußen. Die Karriereforschung kam erstmals in den frühen 60er Jahren als generelle Kategorie des erforschenden Verhaltens auf. Viele darauffolgende Instrumente und Untersuchungen bezogen sich auf Zusammenhänge von beruflicher Exploration und Entscheidungsfindung mit der Karriereentwicklung, dem Lernen karriererelevanter Fakten und der Anpassung an die Arbeitswelt. Der Fragebogen Berufswahl besteht aus 62 Fragen. Es liegen keine Angaben zu den Gütekriterien vor.
The questionnaire "Career Choice" is a translation of the Career Exploration Survey by Stumpf, Colarelli, and Hartmann (1983). The aim of the questionnaire is to collect information on the factors and processes that influence career choices. In this way it is to be captured on which considerations and actions the choice of occupation and also the later occupation search are based. Career research first emerged in the early 1960s as a general category of research-based behaviour. Many subsequent instruments and studies related to the relationship between career exploration and decision making and career development, the learning of career-relevant facts and adaptation to the world of work. The Career Choice questionnaire consists of 62 questions. No information is available on the quality criteria.
