Abstract / Description

There are various sources of transgressions occurring at the workplace which are generally distressing and painful irrespective of the nature of organisations (i.e., government/private). Forgiveness is one of the important mechanisms which help face these ill-happenings, lower their negative impacts and enhance multiple positive outcomes. Participants accept the significance and benefits of forgiveness in the workplace. Forgiveness is pervasive in the workplace setting and is reported as essential to many positive outcomes.
