Abstract / Description

Der OLEQ ist ein standardisierter Fragebogen zur Erfassung individueller Vorstellungen über Wissen, Wissenserwerb und Lernen auf einer allgemeinen, domänen- und themenunabhängigen Ebene. Er baut auf dem Modell epistemischer Überzeugungen von Schommer (1990) auf, ist aber auch anschlussfähig an Arbeiten auf der Grundlage des Modells von Hofer und Pintrich (1997). Der Fragebogen umfasst 20 empirisch geprüfte Items, welche die Vorstellungen über die (1) Struktur des Wissens, die (2) Quelle des Wissens, die (3) Fähigkeit zu Lernen sowie die (4) Geschwindigkeit zu Lernen erfassen. Reliabilität: Die Reliabilität schwankt je nach Studie und Skala zwischen .50 und .93. Validität: Die Faktorenstruktur konnte im mehreren Studien mittels konfirmatorischer Faktorenanalysen grundsätzlich bestätigt werden. Es liegen Belege über Zusammenhänge zu Lernstrategien und Lernmotivation vor.
The OLEQ is a standardized questionnaire for measuring individual ideas about knowledge, knowledge acquisition and learning on a general, domain- and topic-independent level. It is based on the model of epistemic beliefs of Schommer (1990), but can also be linked to work based on the model of Hofer and Pintrich (1997). The questionnaire consists of 20 empirically tested items that capture ideas about the (1) structure of knowledge, the (2) source of knowledge, the (3) ability to learn, and the (4) speed of learning. Reliability: Depending on the study and the scale, reliability varies between .50 and .93. Validity: The factor structure was confirmed in several studies by means of confirmatory factor analyses. There is evidence of connections to learning strategies and learning motivation.
