Verfahrensdokumentation für ISTA-F: Instrument zur stressbezogenen Tätigkeitsanalyse bei Freelancern

Abstract / Description

Das ISTA-F erfasst die stressbezogenen Arbeitsbedingungen von Freelancern und findet Einsatz im Bereich der ABO-Psychologie. Grundlage für die Testkonstruktion war das ISTA von Semmer, Zapf und Dunckel (1999) sowie das handlungstheoretische Anforderungs-, Belastungs- und Ressourcen-Modell von Greif (1991). Das ISTA-F umfasst drei Hauptskalen (Stressoren, Ressourcen & Anforderungen) mit unterschiedlich vielen Subskalen und insgesamt 87 Items. Reliabilität: Die interne Konsistenz nach Cronbach lag zwischen Alpha = .62 und Alpha = .95 und die Retestreliabilität zwischen rtt = .54 und rtt = .82 (Intervall: 1-3 Monate). Validität: Das Verfahren ist inhaltsvalide. Die faktorielle Validität wurde anhand konfirmatorischer Faktorenanalyse bestätigt. Als Nachweis der Konstruktvalidität können die signifikanten Interkorrelationen der Subskalen sowie Zusammenhänge mit drei Befindlichkeitsskalen (Irritation, psychosomatische Beschwerden, Arbeitsfreude/Stolz) herangezogen werden. Zur Überprüfung der Kriteriumsvalidität wurden Regressionsanalysen berechnet mit dem Ergebnis, dass sich die ISTA-Skalen als Prädiktoren für Befindlichkeitsindikatoren erweisen.
The ISTA-F measures the stress-related working conditions of freelancers and is used in the field of ABO psychology. The test construction was based on the ISTA by Semmer, Zapf and Dunckel (1999) and the action-theoretical requirements, stress and resource model by Greif (1991). The ISTA-F comprises three main scales (stressors, resources & requirements) with different numbers of subscales and a total of 87 items. Reliability: The internal consistency according to Cronbach was between alpha = .62 and alpha = .95 and the retest reliability between rtt = .54 and rtt = .82 (interval: 1-3 months). Validity: The procedure is valid in terms of content. The factorial validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. As proof of construct validity, the significant intercorrelations of the subscales as well as correlations with three state of mind scales (irritation, psychosomatic complaints, joy of work/pride) can be used. To check the criterion validity, regression analyses were calculated with the result that the ISTA scales prove to be predictors of well-being indicators.
