Abstract / Description
This module handbook discusses various concepts, methods and exercises for training communication, conflict resolution and time management in teams, explains their application step by step and provides materials. As a team of different people, you are always faced with challenges that can be different at every stage of team building. For example, it is worth placing particular emphasis on team building in companies, especially when they are still young. It forms the basis for the long-term formation of a good corporate culture, which in turn provides a rich soil for motivation and cooperation. Solving individual problems and conflicts can be very time-consuming and can also consume additional resources that could be used for other purposes. For this reason, it is worth tackling the root causes of team building problems head on. Fortunately, various problems and conflicts in teams share a common cause, namely communication.
